Provider Network Development – Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid

Hammonton, New Jersey

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build an exclusive outpatient network
• Identify and qualify potential providers for inclusion in the network
• Collaborate with other members of the provider relations team to ensure alignment on network development strategies
• Manage the contracting process with selected providers, including negotiation of terms and conditions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to network development
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of contracted providers to ensure quality care is provided

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare provider relations or network development is preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
