About the role

The Provider Network Development role is an exclusive outpatient network contract position based in Middletown, Pennsylvania. This position will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the network
• Manage provider contracts and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with network goals and objectives
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings to promote the network

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare provider relations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in healthcare provider networks preferred
