Provider Network Development – Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers to build and maintain an exclusive outpatient network.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new providers to the network.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provider contracts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new providers into the organization’s care delivery model.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare provider relations or similar field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
