About the role

Develops and maintains exclusive outpatient provider networks in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey area. Works closely with healthcare organizations to build relationships and ensure network integrity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new providers to join the network
• Manage provider contracts and renewals

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey
• Experience in provider network development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Advanced degree in Nursing or related field (Master's or Doctoral)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in provider network development
