About the role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program for ages 18 months to 8 years old. We provide an age‑appropriate curriculum focused on skill development, character building and fun themes to help coaches teach young children the wonderful sport of soccer. Our goal is simple: To leave a lasting, positive impact on every child, and family, we serve!

Looking for part‑time work where you can make a positive impact in your community? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! We are seeking dependable coaches to lead 30–45 minute sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will be asked to travel within a 30–40 minute radius for coaching assignments. You’ll laugh, you’ll break a sweat, and you’ll go home knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding jobs you'll ever do!

Responsibilities

  • Lead 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
  • Travel within a 30–40 minute radius to assigned sites.
  • Deliver the Soccer Shots curriculum, focusing on skill development, character building, and fun themes.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and safe environment for participants.

Requirements

  • Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through sports and fitness.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle (travel required between sites).

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred.
  • Prior soccer experience is not required.

Pay

  • $20 per hour for weekday sessions.
  • $25 per hour for weekend sessions.
  • Bonus opportunities each season (4× per year).

Schedule

Sessions are scheduled within the following windows (not set shifts):

  • Weekday mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM (needed)
  • Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM
