Preschool Weekday Afternoons Soccer Coach

About the role

Looking for part-time work where you can make a positive impact in your community? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! We are seeking dependable coaches to lead 30–45 minute sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will be asked to travel within a 30–40 minute radius for coaching assignments. You’ll laugh, you’ll break a sweat, and you’ll go home knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding jobs you'll ever do!

Responsibilities

• Lead 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years at preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers.
• Travel within a 30–40 minute radius to assigned sites.
• Deliver age‑appropriate, themed curriculum focused on skill development, character building, and fun.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for young participants.

Requirements

• Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle (travel required between sites).
• Prior soccer experience is not required; experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred.

Pay

Compensation: $20 per hour for weekday sessions; $25 per hour for weekend sessions. Bonus opportunities each season (4× per year).

Schedule

Availability windows for the Fall & Winter seasons (September‑December):

• Weekday mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM (limited shifts)
• Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30
