About the role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program for ages 18 months to 8 years old. We provide an age-appropriate curriculum focused on skill development, character building and fun themes to help coaches teach young children the wonderful sport of soccer. Our goal is simple: To leave a lasting, positive impact on every child, and family, we serve!

Looking for part-time work where you can make a positive impact in your community? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! We are seeking dependable coaches to lead 30–45 minute sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will be asked to travel within a 30–40 minute radius for coaching assignments. You’ll laugh, you’ll break a sweat, and you’ll go home knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding jobs you'll ever do!

Responsibilities

• Lead 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Travel to assigned sites (preschools, elementary schools, parks, community centers) within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Follow the Soccer Shots curriculum, delivering skill‑development, character‑building, and fun‑themed activities.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and safe environment for participants.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle (travel required between sites).
• Experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred (prior soccer experience not required).

Pay

Compensation: $20 per hour for weekday sessions; $25 per hour for weekend sessions. Bonus opportunities each season (4 times per year).

Schedule

Availability windows for the upcoming Fall & Winter Seasons (September‑December):

• Weekday mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM (Tuesday & Wednesday – needed)
• Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM (limited shifts)
• Weekday evenings: 4:45 PM – 7:00 PM (limited shifts)
• Weekend mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM (limited shifts)

Hours of operation: Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑7:00 pm; Saturday‑Sunday 8:30 am‑12:45 pm. Schedules are assigned and remain consistent weekly throughout the season.
