We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - "What You’ll Do" list: bullet points (support positive inclusive classroom environment, greet children, assist in recognizing... etc). That's responsibilities. - "What We’re Looking For" includes Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, Education, Experience, Credentials & Licensing. That's qualifications/requirements. - "Scheduling Requirements (Please Review Carefully)" includes flexibility etc. That's schedule. - "#CRMA We’re looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher..." seems like marketing fluff, maybe part of About the role? Actually there is a separate "About the Role" later. - "Why Cadence Education?" etc. That's benefits? Actually they list benefits later: "Awesome Benefits (Full-Time Teachers)" includes competitive pay, on-demand pay, hourly pay rate range, 50% childcare tuition discount, supportive team, work-life balance, leader with 340+ schools. Thus we have sections: - About the Role: there is a paragraph under "About the Role". Also earlier "Why Cadence Education?" maybe part of About the Role? But we can include About the Role heading with that paragraph. - Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do" bullet list. - Requirements/Qualifications: combine Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, Education, Experience, Credentials & Licensing. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll choose Requirements. - Skills: maybe separate? But we have Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities already includes skills. Could combine. - Benefits: the "Awesome Benefits (Full-Time Teachers)" list. - Pay: they give hourly pay rate range $18.00 - $23.40. Also mention competitive pay + on-demand pay. So we have pay info. - Schedule: the "Scheduling Requirements" paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must output only HTML fragment. Structure:

Pay

Hourly Pay Rate based on level of education and experience $18.00 - $23.40

But we already included pay in benefits; maybe we should not duplicate. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay into Benefits? But they asked to use headings for Pay if posting actually states them. The posting does state pay range. Could have a Pay section with that detail, and Benefits section for other benefits. That's okay. Schedule section:

Schedule

Flexibility is essential. Schedules may change based on enrollment, staffing ratios, or operational needs. Work schedules may vary and are not guaranteed to be eight‑hour shifts. Daily start and end times may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

We should not include the "#CRMA" line. Also not include "Why Cadence Education?" maybe we could incorporate into About the Role? But we already have About the Role paragraph. The "Why Cadence Education?" is more about company; could be omitted as not required. It's not boilerplate but could be considered fluff. Might be okay to omit. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we didn't duplicate any bullet. Check duplicates: The pay line appears both in Benefits and Pay. To avoid duplication, we could keep Pay section only and remove from Benefits. Benefits then would list other benefits: competitive pay + on-demand pay, 50% discount, supportive team, work-life balance, leader with 340+ schools. But "competitive pay + on-demand pay" is still pay-related. Might be okay to keep in Benefits as a benefit description, but then Pay section duplicates the range. Could keep Pay section only for range, and Benefits for other non-pay benefits. However "competitive pay + on-demand pay" is a benefit; we could keep it in Benefits and not duplicate the range. Then Pay section would just be the range. That seems fine. Thus Benefits list: - Competitive pay + on‑demand pay with UKG Wallet — grab your earnings when you need them! - 50% childcare tuition discount — a sweet deal for your own little ones! - Supportive team and a culture that champions work‑life balance. - Join a leader with 340+ schools across 30 states and 30+ years of expertise. Pay section: Hourly Pay Rate based on level of education and experience $18.00 - $23.40 Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "What You’ll Do" list we captured fully. The "What We’re Looking For" we captured knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, credentials. The "Scheduling Requirements" captured. The "About the Role" captured. The "Why Cadence Education?" maybe we omitted but it's not essential; but it contains info about commitment, research-based curriculum, warm home-like environments, collaborative supportive workplace. Could be considered substantive. Could we add a section "About Cadence Education" or incorporate into About the Role? The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Not limited to those; we could add another heading like "About Cadence Education" if we want. But they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding another section may be thin. However the content is about company culture and values; could be considered part of About the Role? Might be okay to omit as not required. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we omit that, we lose substantive info about company commitment, research-based curriculum, warm home-like environments, collaborative supportive workplace. That is substantive. So we should include it somewhere. We could add a section "About Cadence Education" with that paragraph. Or we could merge into About the Role? But About the Role already has a paragraph about role duties. The company description is separate. Could add a heading "About Cadence Education". That's allowed as a heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list. So we can add other headings as needed. Thus add:

About Cadence Education

At Cadence, we’re committed to shaping bright futures for children, families, and our teams. We offer a research‑based curriculum in warm, home‑like environments and foster a collaborative, supportive workplace where educators can grow and thrive.

Now we have sections: About the Role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, About Cadence Education. Check for any other substantive info: The "#CRMA We’re looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher..." is marketing fluff but includes "We’re looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team! If you love working with young children and have experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. Join us and help spark curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning." That's also substantive about role appeal. Could be included under About the Role or a separate "Overview". Might be okay to add to About the Role paragraph. But we already have About the Role paragraph from later. Could combine both. However we must not duplicate. The "What You’ll Do" already covers duties. The marketing fluff is more about role appeal. Could add to About the Role as an introductory sentence. Let's merge: About the Role paragraph could start with: "We’re looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team! If you love working with young children and have experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. Join us and help spark curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning." Then follow with the role description paragraph. Thus About the Role will have two paragraphs or combine into one. We'll output:
