We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: Company Overview: "We’re looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team! If you love working with young children and have experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. Join us and help spark curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning." Then "Why Cadence Education?" paragraph about commitment, curriculum, supportive workplace. Then "About The Role" paragraph: Under direction of School Director and Lead Teacher, supports daily classroom operations, implementation of programs, helps create safe nurturing environment, supports children's physical, social, emotional, developmental, behavioral needs including IEPs, maintains routines, supports curriculum delivery, builds relationships, ensures safety and licensing compliance. Then "Why This Role Is a Total Joy" bullet list: Start TODAY, Awesome Benefits (Full-Time Teachers): Competitive pay + on-demand pay with UKG Wallet, Hourly Pay Rate based on level of education and experience: $18.00 - $23.40, 75% childcare tuition discount, 401(k) with employer match, Stellar perks: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, pet insurance, Paid time off that grows with seniority, paid holidays, company-paid life insurance, Grow Your Way: Paid CDA, tuition reimbursement, professional development, Live Happily: supportive team, work-life balance, Join a Leader: 340+ schools across 30 states, 30+ years expertise. Then "Job Description" heading: "What You’ll Do" bullet list: Support positive inclusive classroom environment, greet children and families, assist in recognizing and responding to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, learning needs including IEPs and behavioral support plans, Support Lead Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs, Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, leadership using Cadence-approved tools, Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual including documenting and reporting accidents and incidents, Assist in managing, documenting, escalating child behaviors in alignment with policies, Adhere to all Cadence Education policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Participate in required meetings, trainings, professional development which may occur outside regularly scheduled work hours. Then "What We’re Looking For" heading: subheadings Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Ability to consistently follow safety procedures (Name-to-Face accountability, food allergy processes, bottle-feeding procedures, Safe Sleep practices), Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team, Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, but not required if state licensing requirements are met. Experience: Must meet minimum experience and education requirements for the state of employment. Previous experience in an early childhood or group care setting is preferred. Credentials & Licensing: Must meet all state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center. Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and health screenings. CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied. Scheduling Requirements: Flexibility essential. Schedules may change based on enrollment, staffing ratios, or operational needs. Work schedules may vary and are not guaranteed to be eight-hour shifts. Daily start and end times may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Job Location: City Hopkinton, State/Province MA. We need to produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. - About the role: likely the "About The Role" paragraph plus maybe "Why This Role Is a Total Joy"? But that includes benefits and pay. The instruction: Use headings for sections; we should allocate content appropriately. We have separate headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should extract those specifics. Thus: About the role: description of role (Under direction..., supports daily classroom operations..., helps create safe nurturing environment..., maintains routines..., supports curriculum delivery..., builds relationships..., ensures safety and licensing compliance). Could also include the "Why This Role Is a Total Joy" intro "Start TODAY: Step into the classroom and start inspiring now!" maybe as part of About the role? But that seems more like a motivational tagline. Could include as part of About the role. Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do" list. Requirements: maybe the "What We’re Looking For" Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities plus Education, Experience, Credentials & Licensing? But we have separate headings for Qualifications, Skills. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We need to decide what goes into Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. Typically: - Requirements: maybe mandatory items (must meet state licensing, background clearances, health screenings, ability to follow safety procedures, ability to work collaboratively, ability to read/write/speak English). Could also include "Must meet minimum experience and education requirements for the state of employment." - Qualifications: maybe education (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred), CDA preferred, etc. - Skills: maybe abilities like collaborative teamwork, communication, etc. But we have overlapping. We need to avoid duplication and filler. We'll try to allocate: About the role: paragraph about role purpose and context. Responsibilities: bullet list of duties (What You’ll Do). Requirements: mandatory items: Must meet state licensing qualifications, ability to obtain/maintain background clearances and health screenings, ability to follow safety procedures (Name-to-Face, food allergy, bottle-feeding, Safe Sleep), ability to work collaboratively, ability to read/write/speak English, must meet minimum experience and education requirements for state. Qualifications: education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (but not required if state licensing met). CDA preferred but not required if state requirements satisfied. Previous experience in early childhood or group care setting preferred. Skills: maybe "Ability to consistently follow safety procedures" already in requirements; maybe "Ability to work collaboratively" also. Could treat skills as "Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English." But that's also a requirement. Hmm. Alternatively, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications and Skills into one section if content thin. But instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements, Qualifications, Skills into one "Requirements" section? But they said use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we must use all; we should include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. So we need to decide which of these have substantive content. We have content for: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes. - Requirements: we have mandatory items (state licensing, background clearances, health screenings, safety procedures, collaborative teamwork, English proficiency, meet state experience/education). That's substantive. - Qualifications: we have education preference, CDA preference, experience preference. That's also substantive. - Skills: maybe we could treat "Ability to read, write, speak English" as skill, but it's already in requirements. Could also treat "Ability to work collaboratively" as skill. But we might not need separate Skills if content overlaps. However we could still have Skills section with those abilities. But we must avoid duplication. Perhaps we can assign: Requirements: mandatory items (state licensing, background clearances, health screenings, safety procedures, ability to follow safety procedures, ability to work collaboratively, ability to read/write/speak English, meet state experience/education). Qualifications: education (Associate/Bachelor's preferred), CDA preferred, previous experience preferred. Skills: maybe "Ability to consistently follow safety procedures" etc. But that duplicates. Alternatively, we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Qualifications" section, and omit Skills. Since we prefer fewer sections. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Benefits: list of benefits (competitive pay + on-demand pay, hourly pay rate, 75% tuition discount, 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision/life/disability/pet insurance, paid time off growing with seniority, paid holidays, company-paid life insurance, paid CDA, tuition reimbursement, professional development, supportive team, work-life balance, 340+ schools, 30+ years expertise). Some of these are also pay/benefits. Pay: we have hourly pay rate $18.00 - $23.40. Also competitive pay + on-demand pay. Could be part of Benefits but we have separate Pay heading. Schedule: we have scheduling requirements paragraph. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific pay range. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We must not include navigation etc. We must not repeat job title. We must not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive info. Thus produce HTML:
