About the role

LLE Education Group is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join their team. They are expanding rapidly and are excited to welcome new educators to their family.

Responsibilities

  • Create, design and implement lesson plans
  • Manage students as they learn, play, eat and sleep
  • Keep classroom organized and clean
  • Observe children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum
  • Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various means

Requirements

  • Superior classroom management skills, taking care of students both emotionally and academically
  • CDA or ECE certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework
  • Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience
  • Minimum of 1-year field-related experience
  • Flexible to work hours based on the needs of the school and program

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. The pay range listed is what LLE Education Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job position. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
