About the role

LLE Education Group is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Teacher who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of our students. Due to our rapid expansion, we are excited to welcome new educators to our family.

What you have

• Superior classroom management skills, taking care of students both emotionally and academically.
• CDA or ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience.
• A minimum of 1-year field-related experience.
• Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program.
• Successful background check and Virginia licensing standards required.

What you will do

• Create, design, and implement lesson plans.
• Manage students as they learn, play, eat, and sleep.
• Keep the classroom organized and clean.
• Observe children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum.
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various means, including mobile apps and personal conversation.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. The pay range listed here is what LLE Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
