About the role

LLE Education Group is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Teacher to inspire and connect with children in their early years.

Responsibilities

• Create, design and implement lesson plans
• Manage students as they learn, play, eat and sleep
• Keep classroom organized and clean
• Observe children's interests and collaborate with team to develop engaging curriculum
• Communicate with parents daily about their children's activities and achievements

Requirements

• Superior classroom management skills, caring for students' emotional and academic needs
• CDA or ECE certificate, associate or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework
• Minimum of 1 year field-related experience
• Flexibility to work varying hours based on school and program needs

• Successful background check and Virginia licensing requirements met

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. The pay range listed is what LLE Education Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job position. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
