Preschool Teacher (Jabodetabek)

About the role

This position is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum, creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, monitoring and assessing children's progress, fostering positive relationships, supporting emotional, social, and cognitive development, and ensuring classroom organization, hygiene, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Maintain classroom organization, hygiene, and safety.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, addressing individual learning needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Support emotional, social, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education.
• Experienced with international curricula such as IB, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or similar approaches.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Creative and adaptable in designing activities.
• Open to ongoing training and professional development.
