Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs and workshops
- Provide technical assistance to school districts on various educational topics
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to improve educational practices
- Mentor and coach educators to enhance teaching skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in educational settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in education or related field preferred
- Experience with grant writing and securing funding
- Knowledge of state and federal education policies
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
