About the role
Responsible for assisting the team in providing a developmentally appropriate preschool classroom including positive child interaction, curriculum and child assessment.
Work with center team to ensure comprehensive services for each child and family in all areas including health, nutrition, mental health, social service, community and family engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Implement age-appropriate curricula and activities.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive services for each child and family.
- Support families in accessing necessary resources and services.
Requirements
- A minimum of an Associate’s degree.
- Maintain MA EEC Teacher qualifications.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with children and adults.
- Experience working with young children preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of child development and educational practices.

Pay
$25-$28 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
35-40 hours per week, full-time.
