About This Role

Bon Aqua Daycare Center, Inc. in Lyles, TN is hiring a Preschool Teacher to support daily operations at an early childhood education center. This position offers $9 – $12/Hr and requires relevant professional experience.

What You'll Do

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others, including staff, children, and parents.
• High energy and a strong team environment.
• Optional qualifications include a high school diploma, early childhood training, or a related degree.
• Additional certifications or training in child development, preschool specialization, or CPR/First Aid can be beneficial but are not required.

Requirements

• Must clear full background check and pass health screening.
• A strong understanding of child development.
• Active engagement, attentiveness, physical ability to move, sit, squat, bend, & crawl.
• Work a 10 hour shift: 7-5, or 7:30-5:30, or 6:30-4:30.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification OR willingness to complete upon employment.

Nice to Have

• 1 or more year(s) experience in a full-time preschool classroom position.
• Specific training or qualifications that make you an excellent candidate for this position would be highly valued.
