We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: "What You’ll Do" list: bullet points (actually sentences). Those are responsibilities. Then "What We’re Looking For Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities" then subheadings: Ability to consistently follow safety procedures..., Ability to work collaboratively..., Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Then Education, Experience, Credentials & Licensing, Scheduling Requirements. Then "#CR We’re hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant!..." then "Why Cadence Education?" then "About the Role" paragraph. Then "Why This Role is a Total Blast" with subpoints: Start TODAY..., Awesome Benefits (Full-Time Assistants) with bullet list: Competitive pay + on-demand pay..., Pay Range $13- $16.90, 50% childcare tuition discount..., 401(k) with employer match..., Amazing perks..., Paid time off..., Grow Your Way..., Live Joyfully..., Join a Leader... We need to extract substantive info. We must not create sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need sections: About the role (we have a paragraph under "About the Role"). Responsibilities: from "What You’ll Do" bullet list. Requirements: maybe combine Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, Education, Experience, Credentials & Licensing, Scheduling Requirements? But we have separate headings possible: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We can decide to put Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities under Skills or Requirements. Better to follow typical: Responsibilities, Requirements (including knowledge, skills, abilities), Qualifications (education, experience, credentials), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Pay info: "Competitive pay + on-demand pay with UKG Wallet—access your earnings anytime!" and "Pay Range $13- $16.90". Also "50% childcare tuition discount". That's benefits. Pay range is specific. We have Benefits: list includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, pet insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid CDA, tuition reimbursement, professional development, supportive team, work-life balance, etc. Schedule: "Scheduling Requirements (Please Review Carefully) Flexibility is essential. Schedules may change based on enrollment, staffing ratios, and operational needs. Work schedules may vary and are not guaranteed to be eight‑hour shifts. Daily start and end times may vary and cannot be guaranteed." Thus we have schedule content. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We must not include application instructions. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

About the Role

... (the paragraph under About the Role)

Responsibilities

  • Support a positive and respectful classroom environment, ensuring each child is treated with care, dignity, and respect.
  • Greet children and families daily and help build professional, welcoming relationships.
  • Assist in recognizing and responding to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed.
  • Support classroom staff with planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence‑approved tools.
  • Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual, including documenting and reporting accidents and incidents according to policy.
  • Assist with managing, documenting, and reporting escalated child behaviors in accordance with Cadence procedures.
  • Adhere to all Cadence Education policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development, which may occur outside of regularly scheduled work hours.

Requirements

Maybe combine Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities as requirements. We could have

Skills

for abilities. But we have separate headings allowed: Skills, Requirements, Qualifications. Let's allocate: - Skills: Ability to consistently follow safety procedures..., Ability to work collaboratively..., Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. - Requirements: Education, Experience, Credentials & Licensing, Scheduling Requirements? Actually scheduling is separate. But we have a separate Schedule section. Thus:

Skills

  • Ability to consistently follow safety procedures, including Name‑to‑Face accountability, food allergy processes, bottle‑feeding procedures, and Safe Sleep practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, but not required if state licensing requirements are met.
  • Experience: Must meet minimum experience and education requirements for the state of employment. Prior early childhood or classroom experience is preferred.
  • Credentials & Licensing: Must meet all state licensing qualifications for a Teacher Assistant in a licensed childcare center. Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and health screenings. CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied.

Schedule

Flexibility is essential. Schedules may change based on enrollment, staffing ratios, and operational needs. Work schedules may vary and are not guaranteed to be eight‑hour shifts. Daily start and end times may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay + on‑demand pay with UKG Wallet—access your earnings anytime!
  • Pay Range $13‑$16.90
  • 50% childcare tuition discount
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and pet insurance
  • Paid time off that grows with seniority, paid holidays, and company‑paid life insurance
  • Paid CDA, tuition reimbursement, and professional development
  • Supportive team and culture that champions work‑life balance
We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: "Why Cadence Education?" paragraph about dedication, research‑based curriculum, warm home‑like environments, collaborative supportive culture. That could be part of About the Role or maybe a separate section like "About Cadence Education". But we only have headings list; we could include it under About the Role as additional paragraph. The About the Role paragraph we have is from "About the Role". We could add another paragraph after that about Why Cadence Education? but we must not invent headings. Could add another

under About the Role. Thus About the Role section could have two paragraphs: first from "About the Role", second from "Why Cadence Education?" (the paragraph after "Why Cadence Education?"). Let's capture that: "Why Cadence Education? Cadence Education is dedicated to creating bright futures for children, families, and educators. We offer a research‑based curriculum in warm, home‑like environments and foster a collaborative, supportive culture where team members can grow and thrive." Add as second paragraph. Also "Why This Role is a Total Blast" includes bullet points like Start TODAY..., Awesome Benefits..., etc. Some of those are already captured in Benefits and Pay etc. The "Start TODAY Jump in and start making a difference now!" is motivational fluff; could be omitted as not substantive? It's a statement but maybe considered filler. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That is substantive? It's a call to action but maybe considered boilerplate? It's not a legal boilerplate; it's motivational. Might keep as part of About the Role? But we already have About the Role; we could add a paragraph: "Start TODAY – Jump in and start making a difference now!" However it's somewhat generic. The instruction says remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not that. I'd keep it as a short paragraph under About the Role or maybe under a separate "Why This Role is a Total Blast" but we don't have heading for that. Could incorporate into About the Role as additional paragraph. Also "Join a Leader With 340+ schools across 30 states and 30+ years of expertise, Cadence Education is the superstar of early childhood education!" That's also substantive about company size. Could add as another paragraph. Thus About the Role section will have multiple paragraphs. Now ensure we don't repeat any info. Check Benefits list: we included Competitive pay + on-demand pay..., Pay Range..., 50% discount, 401(k) match, medical etc., paid time off..., paid CDA..., supportive team. Also we might include "Amazing perks Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and even pet insurance!" Already covered. Also "Paid time off that grows with seniority, paid holidays, and company-paid life insurance." covered. Also "Grow Your Way Paid CDA, tuition reimbursement, and professional development to boost your career." covered. Also "Live Joyfully We’ve got your back with a supportive team and a culture that champions work-life balance." covered as supportive team. Thus Benefits section good. Now check if any other substantive info not captured: "Under the direction of the School Director and classroom leadership (Lead Teacher or Teacher), the Teacher Assistant supports daily classroom activities and the implementation of Cadence Education programs. This role helps maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs, including those with IEPs, while ensuring safety and licensing compliance." That's in About the Role paragraph we have. Also "Why This Role is a Total BlastStart TODAY Jump in and start making a difference now!" we added as paragraph. Also "Awesome Benefits (Full-Time Assistants)" we captured. Also "Why Cadence Education?" captured. Also "Join a Leader With 340+ schools across 30 states and 30+ years of expertise, Cadence Education is the superstar of early childhood education!" captured. Now ensure no duplication: we have Pay Range in Benefits; also we have Competitive pay + on-demand pay. That's fine. Now produce HTML. Make sure to use proper hyphens and entities? Use plain text. We'll output:
