Preschool Teacher- All Ages

About the role

Responsible for providing quality early childhood education to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Implement curriculum that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum.
• Provide daily care and supervision for children, including feeding, bathing, and diaper changes.
• Collaborate with parents to support their child's growth and development.
• Assess children's progress and communicate with teachers and administrators as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Proficient in using technology for lesson planning and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
