About the role

The Early Care & Education Preschool Teacher All Ages position in Keller, TX is responsible for providing quality early childhood education to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for all age groups.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Assess children's developmental progress and communicate with parents regarding their child's growth and learning.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain high standards of care and education.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Valid Texas Child Protective Services (CPS) fingerprint clearance card.
• At least one year of experience working with young children.
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Shifts typically run from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional evening and weekend hours required.
