Preschool Service Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Process all incoming referrals for Early Intervention (EI) and Preschool Special Education (CPSE).
- Enter and maintain child demographic information in the system.
- Aid in processing cases and scheduling services for EI and CPSE children.
- File and save documentation in the appropriate records as needed.
- Complete data cleanup and maintenance projects in CLAIMS.
- Ensure all required Parent Packet paperwork is received and properly distributed.
- Communicate with parents to discuss their child’s needs and schedule appointments.
- Review information from Early Intervention Coordinators and School District Coordinators regarding each child’s needs.
- Cook up with home and community therapists to schedule service appointments.

- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent time management/organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- A High School Diploma with some college preferred
- 3-5 years office experience
- CLAIMS experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
