Preschool Physical Education Teacher

About the role

Scheck Hillel Community School, located in the North Miami Beach/Aventura area, is seeking an experienced Preschool Physical Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Teach physical education classes to preschool children
• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with Montessori or Reggio Emilia principles
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning environment
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching methods and knowledge

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in an early childhood program
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
• Nurturing, flexible, and able to build positive community relations
• Experience working in a Jewish environment is a plus

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Pass a Level II fingerprint clearance (FDLE/FBI)
