About the role
The Preschool Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing physical education programs that promote healthy lifestyles and motor skill development for young children.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate physical education curriculum
- Plan and lead daily physical activities and games
- Assess children's progress and adjust activities accordingly
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an early childhood program
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
- Nurturing, flexible, and collaborative personality
- Experience working in a Jewish environment, and knowledge of Montessori or Reggio Emilio educational philosophies are a plus
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass a level II fingerprint clearance (FDLE/FBI)
