About the Role

Primrose School of Pickerington seeks passionate individuals to join our team as a Preschool Teacher. This position offers flexible work hours without nights or weekends, and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans provided by the school.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Director-level experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of state licensing regulations.
• Highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in overseeing all preschool operations.
• A strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining staff.
• Commitment to building positive, trusting relationships with families and the community.
