Pay

- Current Salary Range: between $18.00-$22.00/hourly pay (based on education level) - Annual pay raises (actually 2 pay raises in the first year) - Potential quarterly incentive bonuses worth an extra $1-$3/hour more in pay for all hours worked during the quarters

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or a child-related degree) is preferred - Associates degree in Early Childhood Education (or a child-related degree) - Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching credential - Currently enrolled in a CDA or degreed program - Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles
