Pay
Salary range of $18+ per hour based on experience
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in a classroom setting
- At least 1 year of experience working with children aged 3 to 4 years
- Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
- Works cooperatively alongside all co-teachers and school resource teachers
- Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures
- Is highly motivated and takes direction well
- Ability to complete weekly lesson plans and carry them out within the classroom
- Must be committed to following Goddard and state licensing guidelines to ensure the health, safety, and education of all children
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
