Preschool Lead Teacher
About the role
The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking a Lead Teacher for their Preschool program. The facility is a state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. building with 10 classrooms, a half-court gym, gross motor room, and 3 separate playgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas
- Work with assistant teacher to manage the classroom
- Communicate with parents
- Maintain an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment
- Lift up to 20 pounds, sustain high level of activity, bend, stoop, and sit on the floor
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working in a preschool or group environment
- CDA Credential (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education
- Focus on teamwork and customer service
Qualifications
