Preschool Lead Teacher
About the role
We are seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team at Communities United, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education. This position is full-time and offers generous benefits including paid time off, health and dental insurance, and a sign-on bonus for a Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Engage in positive and nurturing child interactions at all times.
- Lead the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Complete child assessments and observations on primary children.
- Actively lead a teaching team in the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Meet MA EEC Lead Teacher qualifications.
Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education.
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Knowledge of child development and educational practices.

Pay
$50,000 annually.
Schedule
35-40 hours per week.
