Preschool For All is seeking a Lead Teacher/Family Support Specialist to join our team.
About the role
The Lead Teacher/Family Support Specialist will lead a team of educators in providing high-quality early childhood education and support services to children and families in our preschool program. This position requires a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum that promotes learning and development for children aged 2-5 years old.
- Provide individualized support to families through home visits, parent-teacher conferences, and other outreach activities.
- Mentor and train new teachers and family support specialists to ensure consistent quality of care and education.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children and families.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Pay

Schedule
