Preschool Teacher / Lead Teacher

About the role

O2B Kids is now hiring for its new locations in Edwardsville and O'Fallon, Illinois. The company, founded in 1998, has expanded across multiple states including Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, and Minnesota. The Edwardsville location is set to open in August 2025 alongside a center in O'Fallon.

Responsibilities

• Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!

Requirements

• Training and experience is preferred, but we are willing to train and support education through scholarships.
• Some positions may require specific credentials such as CDA, Associates Degree, or higher (preferred but not required).
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old (preferred but not required).
• Willing to train!

Pay
