Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate with parents daily
- Aid in the hiring of all staff
- Facilitate staffing of the facility
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements
- Support the director/facility manager
- Conduct staff training and resolve conflicts
- Host parent meetings
- Attend corporate director trainings & meetings
- Maintain center enrollment
- Have fun!
Requirements
- CDA or Florida Staff Credential
- Active Florida Directors Credential with VPK Endorsement
- CPR/First Aid
- Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
- Management experience
