What You'll Do

• Ensuring compliance with Child Care Licensing regulations
• Maintaining NAC Accreditation
• Monitoring children and staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Entering data and managing records
• Providing leadership and guidance to colleagues
• Developing and implementing lesson plans
• Teaching and guiding children in play-based and direct instruction
• Organizing and supervising art projects, field trips, and other activities
• Assisting with light cleaning duties and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Providing diapering services for children
• Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Addressing behavioral issues and maintaining a positive learning environment

Requirements

• A valid Negative TB test within the last year
• 60 hours of Professional Development
• Successful completion of a background check
• A valid Finger Print Clearance
• Current First Aid/CPR certification

• Experience in National Accreditation or Quality First programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
