Responsibilities

• Support lead teachers in bringing lesson plans and activities to life in the classroom.
• Provide attentive supervision and engage with students to foster their development.
• Play a vital role in the After Care program, extending care and support beyond regular school hours.

Requirements

• A deep understanding of developmental levels.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for nurturing and guiding young minds.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred but not required.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from $14 to $16 per hour.

Schedule

Hours vary based on the needs of the school, but generally range from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
