About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of a licensed childcare center in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a licensed childcare center
• Ensure compliance with Texas minimum standards, rules, and regulations governing childcare centers
• Effectively manage parent and staff relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Director of a licensed childcare center
• Director experience must be in Texas
• Flexibility in availability
