Prepared Foods Team Leader Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the prepared foods department
• Assist with scheduling, training, and guiding team members
• Ensure high standards for food quality, safety, and merchandising
• Manage inventory and reduce shrink in collaboration with the Team Leader
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Engage with guests to resolve issues and provide excellent service
• Promote a welcoming, people-first atmosphere aligned with community and teamwork values
