Prepared Foods Team Leader Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily prepared foods department operations, including scheduling and training team members.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and merchandising are maintained.
• Partner with the Team Leader to manage inventory, minimize shrink, and uphold a clean, organized workspace.
• Engage with guests to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
• Promote a welcoming, people-first environment that emphasizes community, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
