About The Role Masters Academy International is seeking a dynamic Prep Team Girls Soccer Assistant Coach responsible for supporting the development of elite student-athletes within our Prep Team Girls Soccer program. Working closely with the Head Coach, you will design and implement high-level tactical strategies, lead skill-development sessions, and provide vital mentorship to athletes balancing rigorous academic workloads with top-tier athletic competition. This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and travel for tournament play. What You Will Do This position provides support to the head coach and student-athletes in the following areas: on field support for practice and games, including set-up/breakdown/session implementation and on field instruction, film review, occasional travel support, and occasional supervision of day students during transition periods of the day. Who You Are You are a passionate, values-driven coach with a proven track record of developing elite soccer talent at the high school, prep school, or collegiate level. You possess deep tactical soccer acumen and a gift for teaching advanced systems, but your impact doesn't stop on the field—you are a dedicated mentor committed to the academic success and holistic growth of young athletes. Collaborative, organized, and highly adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building strong, professional relationships with players, families, and administrators alike. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Management, Youth Development, or a related field preferred. Experience: Prior experience in competitive soccer coaching at the elite high school, varsity, prep, or collegiate level. Expertise: Experience navigating the student-athlete recruitment landscape and a strong network within the youth soccer community; Familiarity with modern sports video-analysis software (such as Hudl or Synergy) and basic digital athletic administration tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of advanced soccer concepts, tactical systems, and modern skill-development techniques. Preferred Experience: Prior experience playing soccer at the collegiate or professional level is highly valued. Compensation And Benefits This is a part-time role with a salary of $7,500. This position is not benefits eligible. In season (September-December), this position will work at least 5 days per week.
