Essential Duties
- Inventory accuracy within the department.
- Prepped recipe ingredient verification.
- Ensuring each line has appropriate recipes in queue.
- Verify departmental HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines are followed.
- Affirm the integrity of all ingredients throughout the manufacturing process.
- Accuracy of lot numbers and allocation of materials.
Responsibilities For Food Safety
- Complete required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable.
- Adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food Safety policies.
- Adhere to Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
- Report suspicious packages, activities and individuals.
- If monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).

Pay
The pay range for this job is $16.50 to $16.91 per hour.
Schedule
This is a second shift position, the hours are 1pm-10pm.
