Prep Cook, Part-time (Saint Anselm College)

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to join our team as a Prep Cook at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specific amounts of food product according to the daily prep sheets
• Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing, and assembling them for customer purchase
• Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes
• Manage food inventory when necessary
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion

Requirements

• Culinary experience or education preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and food presentation skills
• Customer service-focused nature
