Prep Cook - Full Time

Role: Full-time Prep Cook responsible for food preparation and customer service in a school dining environment. Responsibilities: Obtain daily production schedules, prepare menu items following recipes and standards, complete documentation and waste logs, operate and clean equipment, store and label food per HACCP guidelines, serve customers efficiently, and resolve any concerns. Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations, ensuring quality and safety of food supply. Qualifications & Skills: Prior culinary or cooking experience required. Ability to follow recipes, maintain hygiene standards, operate kitchen equipment, and work efficiently in a team environment. Key Duties: Food prep, serving, equipment cleaning, quality control, documentation, and customer interaction. Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks as needed.
