Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with management teams to ensure they are notified of specific prep tasks that need to be done, and in what order.
• Complete the daily prep list but prioritize extra duties that are given to them by management.
• Prioritize extra duties that are given to them by management.
• Ensure we practice responsible food safety and sanitation by following best practices and keeping our kitchens clean and maintained.

Required Skills

• High safety, sanitation and food handling standards
• Able to take direction and work together as a team
• Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure
• Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing and guest focused

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma or GED certificate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• State Food Handler certificate required
• Previous experience as a prep or line cook preferred
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
• Able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion
