Responsibilities

• Read and follow a prep sheet
• Prepare food using Bubba’s 33 legendary recipes
• Keep the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintain and use equipment properly
• Follow storage and rotation procedures
• Maintain proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibit teamwork in a fast-paced environment
