As a Prep Cook at Arbor, Your Work Truly Matters
- Prepare fresh, high-quality meals using established recipes and menu cycles
- Accommodate special dietary needs and modifications with care and attention to detail
- Assist with food deliveries, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Work closely with the Dining Director and kitchen team to ensure smooth meal service
- Help create a warm and enjoyable dining experience for residents every day
Requirements
- Previous cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Culinary training or kitchen experience in hospitality, senior living, or restaurants
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, portion control, and kitchen operations
- A team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic
- Passion for hospitality and serving others
