Preoperative and PACU Nurse Educator

Role: Nurse Educator for Preoperative and PACU Responsibilities Design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education to enhance perioperative care.Lead orientation, competency assessments, and ongoing training for nursing staff.Integrate evidence-based practices, safety standards, and new technologies into training programs.Partner with clinical leaders to identify learning needs and support quality improvement initiatives.Provide bedside coaching to improve skills, teamwork, and patient outcomes.
