Preoperative and PACU Nurse Educator

Role: Nurse Educator Preop PACU Responsibilities Lead clinical education for surgical services nurses, focusing on preoperative and PACU teams.Assess learning needs and develop tailored training programs.Design and deliver orientation, skills labs, simulation, and ongoing competency assessments.Promote evidence-based practices and support the adoption of new technology and protocols.Partner with leadership to enhance quality, safety, and patient outcomes.Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture and support professional growth.
