About the role

The Prenatal Coordinator - Women's Specialties is responsible for providing educational instruction to prenatal patients, performing case management, and chart EPIC loading for all obstetrical patients from various Women's Health Services locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational instruction to prenatal patients.
• Perform case management and chart EPIC loading for all obstetrical patients.
• Develop and deliver community educational programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs.
• Manage and maintain departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in OBGYN working with prenatal populations.
• Continuing education in related fields.
• Working knowledge of departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of educational program content and objectives.
• Ability to work flexible hours and locations based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Good analytical skills to address business needs through training programs.
• Strong reading, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using business software systems such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Pay

The annual full pay range for this position is $52,500 - $87,300, with an hourly equivalent range of $25.14 - $41.81. The actual pay will be prorated based on the appointment percentage.

Schedule

Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday.
