We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Must include headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First part: "A Rare Opportunity to Shape the Future of Genomics ..." This is about the role/company description. Likely "About the role" section. Then "The Prenatal Account Executive, South Utah is an outstanding prenatal sales executive..." That's description of role. Could be part of About the role. Then "Responsibilities" heading appears in posting. Then list of responsibilities bullet points. Then "Requirements" heading appears. Then list of requirements bullet points. Then "Nice-to-Haves" heading appears. This could be considered "Qualifications" or "Skills"? The instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Nice-to-Haves which could go under Qualifications or Skills. We'll treat as Qualifications (maybe). Also there is "Benefits And Perks" heading. Then description of benefits. Then later: "At BillionToOne, we are proud to offer a combination of a (1) base pay + uncapped commissions (2) generous equity options offering, on top of (3) industry leading company benefits (free healthcare options, 401k match, very generous fully paid parental leave, etc.)." Then later: "For this position, we offer a total compensation range of $182,346 - $245,856 per year (at plan), including a base salary range of $124,646 - $150,656 per year. Commission potential is uncapped and can be significant." That's Pay info. We also have "Positions: Prenatal Account Manager, Prenatal Specialist, Senior Prenatal Specialist" maybe not needed. We need to include Benefits section with details: Working alongside brilliant... etc. Also mention multiple medical benefit options; employee premiums paid 100% of select plans, dependents covered up to 80%; Extremely generous Family Bonding Leave for eligible employees (16 weeks, paid at 100%); Supplemental fertility benefits coverage; Retirement savings program including a 4% Company match; Increase paid time off with increased tenure; Latest and greatest hardware (laptop, lab equipment, facilities). Also mention base pay + uncapped commissions, generous equity options, industry leading company benefits (free healthcare options, 401k match, very generous fully paid parental leave, etc.). That's part of Benefits and Pay. We need to separate Benefits and Pay sections. Benefits: list of perks. Pay: total compensation range, base salary range, commission potential uncapped, equity options. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule heading. Qualifications: maybe we can include "Nice-to-Haves" as Qualifications. Also maybe "Requirements" already covers mandatory qualifications. Qualifications could be nice-to-haves. We'll include Qualifications heading with list of nice-to-haves. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we can omit if no specific skills section. Could combine with Requirements? But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. There's no explicit Skills section, but we could infer skills from requirements (communication, organizational, etc.) but better to not create a Skills section unless there is explicit content. The posting does not have a separate "Skills" heading. So we omit Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (nice-to-haves), Benefits, Pay. Now we need to format. About the role: combine the introductory paragraphs up to before Responsibilities. Let's extract: "A Rare Opportunity to Shape the Future of Genomics Join a team of brilliant, passionate innovators determined to transform healthcare. At BillionToOne, we've built a category-defining, publicly traded company on Nasdaq where transparency fuels trust, collaboration drives breakthroughs, and every contribution moves the needle on our mission to make life-changing diagnostics accessible to all. You will have significant influence over how the test is communicated to physicians and patients, and how it should evolve to better serve market needs. This is a field sales position and reports to a Regional Manager - Prenatal." We'll put that in

maybe multiple paragraphs but can be one. Responsibilities: list bullet points: - Increasing utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and driving market development through direct sales to individual OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors - Identifying, developing, and managing commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other key healthcare professionals - Effectively prospecting and cultivating new business and maintaining key relationships - Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities for growth within a specific region or geography – predominately in OBGYN, MFM, and GC clinics, as well as hospital systems and Federally Qualified Health Centers - Creating and implementing a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography - Managing the full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation - Attending local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events We'll put each as

  • . • . Qualifications (nice-to-haves): - Experience in a start-up environment - Women's Health Background - Clinical laboratory experience - Convertible book of business We'll put as
  • . Benefits: list bullet points: - Working alongside brilliant, kind, passionate and dedicated colleagues, in an empowering environment, toward a global vision, striving for a future in which transformative molecular diagnostics can help millions of patients - Open, transparent culture that includes weekly Town Hall meetings - The ability to indirectly or directly change the lives of hundreds of thousand patients - Multiple medical benefit options; employee premiums paid 100% of select plans, dependents covered up to 80% - Extremely generous Family Bonding Leave for eligible employees (16 weeks, paid at 100%) - Supplemental fertility benefits coverage - Retirement savings program including a 4% Company match - Increase paid time off with increased tenure - Latest and greatest hardware (laptop, lab equipment, facilities) - Base pay + uncapped commissions - Generous equity options offering - Industry leading company benefits (free healthcare options, 401k match, very generous fully paid parental leave, etc.) But note that some of these are also Pay. The instruction: Benefits section for benefits/perks; Pay section for compensation. So we should separate: Benefits: non-compensation perks (culture, leave, hardware, etc.). Pay: base pay + uncapped commissions, equity options, total compensation range, base salary range. Thus Benefits list: items about culture, leave, hardware, medical benefits, fertility benefits, retirement match, PTO increase, ability to impact patients, weekly town hall, etc. Pay list: total compensation range, base salary range, commission potential uncapped, equity options, base pay + uncapped commissions (maybe redundant). We'll include: total compensation range $182,346 - $245,856 per year (at plan); base salary range $124,646 - $150,656 per year; commission potential uncapped and can be significant; generous equity options offering; base pay + uncapped commissions (maybe mention as part of compensation). We'll avoid duplication. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, privacy policy, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Positions: Prenatal Account Manager, Prenatal Specialist, Senior Prenatal Specialist" maybe not needed. Also remove "At BillionToOne, we are proud to offer a combination..." but we already captured pay/benefits parts. We'll keep only substantive. Now produce HTML fragment:

Make sure no extra whitespace? It's fine. Now craft the About the role paragraph. Might be long; we can keep as one paragraph. Let's write it exactly as extracted, preserving content. Check for any stray boilerplate: The paragraph includes "The Prenatal Account Executive, South Utah is an outstanding prenatal sales executive..." Good. Now Responsibilities list: ensure we keep the exact phrasing. Requirements list: keep as is. Nice-to-haves list: keep as is. Benefits list: we need to capture all benefit items from the text.
