About the role

The Premium Suites Chef Table Attendant at Oak View Group is responsible for facilitating communication between the Front of House and Back of House teams in the Premium Suites. This role involves delivering food and beverage to guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, supporting with other duties as directed, and maintaining excellent attendance and availability for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage to guests quickly and efficiently
• Provide positive, professional, and polite guest service to all employees and guests
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front of house staff
• Maintain knowledge of all ingredient details of every dish on the menu to answer guest questions
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, safety, and employment regulations by clearly communicating standards and procedures to all staff
• Maintain a clean and organized back of house area for the food and beverage operation
• Auxiliary support with event set-up, maintenance, and teardown as directed

Qualifications

• Experience in full-service restaurant preferred
• Efficient and productive work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional composure under pressure, multitasking, including expedited food orders and presentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Professional interpersonal communication skills with co-workers, guests, and managers
• Self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to support multiple managers and employees with tasks and support as directed
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
