Premium Suite Attendant | Part-Time | Memphis Redbirds (AutoZone Park)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for food & beverage service within the suites.
• Demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and pre-ordered food & beverage items are stocked to proper levels in the suite prior to the Event.
• Full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and sharing the knowledge with the guests in the suite, including ingredients, portion sizes, pricing, and preparation.
• Record a guest’s order and relay it to the Suite Supervisor or Manager.
• Absorb additional requests from guests and assist runners when needed to ensure food is brought to the pantry on time for delivery.
• Present the guest with the final bill summary and accept payment as necessary.
• Clean up remaining food product and equipment after the event.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience as a food & beverage server preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions related to cash/credit transactions and cash reconciliation.

Home of the Triple-A Memphis Redbirds baseball team, AutoZone Park serves as a year-round venue for events of all types and purposes, located in Downtown Memphis.

Pay
