About the role
Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and guest-focused event-based part-time Server to join our Premium Clubs team. This event-based, part-time role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service in the Yuengling Flight Club, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium dining experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests.
- Take beverage orders while adhering to all TABC and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and process guest payments.
- Maintain knowledge of daily buffet offerings to answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and dietary or allergy concerns.
- Set up assigned dining sections with plates, glassware, utensils, and service supplies before each event.
- Maintain and restock server stations throughout service and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready while following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist guests with venue information and provide directions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with managers, culinary staff, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, clubs, or premium dining environments preferred.
- Previous stadium, arena, entertainment venue, or fine dining experience is a plus.
- Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
- Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the dining room during service.

Pay
$7.25 to $7.25 per hour
