About the role
The Premium Sales Executive – LA28 Olympics & Paralympic Games will sell premium ticket packages, hospitality suites, and premium experiences for the LA 2028 Olympics & Paralympic Games. This role requires a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a strong background in sports sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Actively sell premium tickets, hospitality suites, and premium experiences to high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and tours of premium facilities to showcase available options.
- Identify and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and research.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the sales process, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports for the Sr. Director of Premium Sales.
- Collaborate with event management teams to ensure seamless execution of premium experiences and assist with planning and coordination of client events and hospitality functions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay
Hiring rate range: $45,000 – $60,000 annually (minimum will not fall below applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds).
